What is the way of the dove?

The Way of the Dove is a gathering place and spiritual community founded by us, Adam Laufer and Erin Everett. Since 2003, we have been part of an ancient lineage. The benefits of this involvement in what we see as everlasting human ways are manifold in our lives and those whose lives we touch. People who attend our events and ceremonies and who come to us for healing sessions are asking the right questions.

Because of the longing we perceive in the people, we see that now is the time to spread these ways and to provide a haven for those who also are called and attracted to this learning.

This lineage and its gifts and responsibilities are given to us by Native teachers and elders in the central Highlands of Mexico. We are here to share these gifts to support the people of these lands in which we live. It appears that the generous gifts of Our Lady of Guadalupe and Her sublime, heavenly realms are open to those who are drawn to Her and who seek Her with a good and humble heart.

Although we have not been reared in and lived our whole lives within a native village, we have been recognized and initiated with the blessing of our elders, who are those original people. Our authentic traditional elders are the ones who have asked us to do this work and to continue this lineage forward in the lands where we live. We do our best to live up to their example.

Forgiveness, reciprocation, and the mysterious ways of Divine forces open up these ancient paths to people of today, so that we may find our way to what is fundamental about being human and what is necessary to, once again, live good and fulfilling human lives that benefit our families and society...and build beneficial futures for the people.

In addition to regular services, we lead Mother Nature honoring ceremonies, solstice ceremonies, and nature immersion gatherings, workshops, residential retreats and other programs.
