Nature sanctuary
Tepeilhuilotl, or Mountain Dove, is our 17-acre nature sanctuary up on a mountain just north of Asheville, NC.
At these sublime heights, you can forget the heavy challenges of the valleys below and transcend into a natural mountain paradise of clouds and mists, trails winding upwards, and lush verdant forest filled with welcoming trees and medicinal healing plants.

As a participant in our services, programs, ceremonies and retreats, you’ll visit the trees and medicinal plants in our rich deciduous forest. You’ll feel the subtle magic of this nature preserve.
And since this sense of mutual honor has been cultivated between the humans and the Flora and Fauna here for nearly three decades, perhaps They, in turn, feel your presence and your emotional expression.
During our programs, a sense of deep connection here at our nature sanctuary is often palpable.
